XcooBee

XcooBee started as a mobile privacy and payment solution for banking and order for the hospitality industry. After observing the trends of sports and entertainment, I created an acquisition strategy, pitch deck, and outreach messaging that paved the way into a completely new market for XcooBee’s solutions.

I also helped address the workforce shortage for XcooBee’s hospitality clients by building out and executing a strategic partnership program with staffing solutions specific to the industry. Prior to selling its tech stack, I developed partnership agreements with National Arena League teams the Jacksonville Sharks and Albany Empire; while facilitating a league-wide deal for the relaunch of the American Arena League utilizing XcooBee as an in-seat order solution.
