DVMelite is a medical practice consulting agency, specializing in the veterinarian space. Under its umbrella is front desk booking software UPbook. DVMelite/UPbook were looking to grow its veterinary practice user base, but also expand into other medical practice markets.

 

I led strategic partnership initiatives that included identifying, outreach, and activation methods and programs. Ultimately creating alliances with Gravity Payments, Vetstoria, and re-distribution of UPbooks technology through three medical practice purchasing groups; creating inroads to dental practices. Overall, UPbook's reach expanded internationally and increased its national customer base by 47% in 8 months.
