Peel Strategic Founder Jay Fuller, Co-founded and operated Chicago beverage catering company, CraftYours from 2017-2020. Overseeing all business operations, Jay developed retainer clients with Bozzuto Property Management, Lincoln Properties, and Saks Fifth Avenue.

 

Simultaneously, he leveraged CraftYours' consumer reach into partnerships with beverage brands Tequila Avión, Wheatley Vodka, Koval, Sagamore Whiskey, and Jameson Irish Whiskey. Serving as an experiential growth catalyst, the CraftYours platform was utilized for partner brand activations through interactive cocktail classes and large scale events, generating additional business revenue.

CraftYours also collaborated as the preferred cocktail partner on events with NBA All-Star Weekend, WeWork, Tie Bar, Foxtrot, and @properties. The business grew 4.5x in revenue from years 2-3 and then doubled the following, before selling its book of business.
